For all returns, please contact us at gooshdolls@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging and condition including any free gifts or add ons.

All return expenses are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
